I'm a single dad. I have a 7 month old daughter and this thing is incredibly well made. I bought it to take her hiking with me. It has a protective back Incase branches or anything hit, no risk of falling out even in the roughest environments. I've carried her for hours without ANY back pain! It's so comfortable for her that she falls asleep within 20 minutes of being in it. Highly highly recommend.
