Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged/defective. All our products are covered by a 1 year warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, also in re sellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@babysluxurylane.com  If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be advised that we do not cover return shipping fees. Unless the product is faulty or defective.

*There is a $10 non refundable payments processing fee for all orders purchased via AFTERPAY.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund into your account.

Portable Bottle Warmers

Please note: Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear of items such as lids, adapters, replacement parts or dents/scratches/damages caused by human error. Our warranty does not cover any water damages in the electrical components.

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns that are missing packaging, accessories, or show signs of use may be declined or may incur a restocking fee.
  • Return shipping fee for any exchanges or change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. There is a $10 repacking fee on all items with a change of mind or exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Original packaging is not required for faulty returns.
  • We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.

How to Return

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the return.
  3. We will send you return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
