Please Note: It is important to measure your size before purchasing as having the right size will make a huge difference on comfort and milk output.

How to disassemble/assemble parts for cleaning?

Click Here to watch the video.

How often should I replace the parts?

Silicone parts need to be charged fairly regularly. On average you should change the valves every 4-5 weeks. Diaphragm every 6-8 weeks. The Flange & Flange Inserts every 5 months. This is due to wear and tear/deterioration of the materials.

How to clean/sterilise the breast pump?

All silicone/plastic parts of the breast pump are detachable for more thorough cleaning.

Simply use soap and warm water to gently clean the parts that comes in contact with milk. Ensure that all parts are dry before using.

Sterilising: Boil in hot water for no more than 5 minutes. Steam sterilising for no more than 30 seconds. UV Sterilising method.

We do not recommend boiling on the stove or chemical sterilisation methods.

Please Note: After cleaning/sterilising allow all parts to air dry to prevent moisture build up.

How much liquid can the pump hold?

Holds up to 210mls.

What is the suction power?

Our breast pump PRO has a maximum suction power of up to 320mmHg, which is similar to hospital grade pumps.

Suction levels can be adjusted to desired level of comfort.

How to charge breast pump?

It comes with a USB type-C cable to charge your breast pump. It takes 2 hours to fully charge from being completely out of battery.

For optimal usage, it is recommended to fully charge your breast pump to 100% before going out.

My breast pump is not turning on?

Ensure that the device is fully charged to 100%. To check the battery level simply single press the power button for battery display. If it displays "Lo" charge the warmer and try turning it on again.

Can I bend forward while pumping?

You can bend forward slightly (around 45°) is fine. However, doing a full forward bend may cause some leakage due to the design of the breast pump.

Why is my breast pump leaking?

  • It is important to ensure that your flange and all parts are tightly closed all the way around before using. When parts are not completely dry before assembly it may cause the silicone edge to not snap in place, in turn, causing a leak.
  • Heat sterilizing, or placing parts in dishwashers and microwaves are not recommended and may cause your silicone to warp out of shape, which may also cause leakage when pumping.
  • Leaning back too much whilst pumping, causes the milk to fall back rather that into the collection cup. It may also be caused by damage to your valve. If there is a tear or the split has opened too much, this will allow for milk to travel back up rather than enter into the cup.
  • To avoid the bottom of your collection cup getting caught on your bra it is recommended to tilt forward 45 degrees and slowly pull out the pump after your session. Try to give yourself as much space, by either unclipping an extender or clip to take out the pump.
